Traditional Method: Our A2 ghee is handmade from cultured A2 yoghurt by using traditional method we use wooden churner process which was used by our ancestors where two way rope is tied around a thick wooden piece and is pulled by both hands, alternatively. This centrifugal action separates the makhhan from curd and then boil it to get ghee.
